The Finca is located in San Agusti, a magic and enchanting town 20 minutes away from Ibiza City and the airport, and 5 minutes aways by car to San José.
Within its 4,000 m2 area, it has 2 houses of 310 m2 with capacity to accommodate up to 10 people.
The main house has 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom. The first one has a study baby’s room, while the other one has a super comfy king size bed. It has one super large equipped kitchen with exclusive design which opens on a garden with dining area and barbecue; and a living room surrounded by enormous windows to rest and relax.
It has 2 refrigerators, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and plenty of cupboards for a pleasant storage.
The secondary house has 3 bedrooms with its own bathroom, the first 2 bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. It has a super cozy living room with a high quality tv, fireplace and a dining room.
The property has 3 cozy terraces and a pergola where you connect with nature and detox from the urban life.
As of the outdoors, the house is surrounded by a mediterranean garden where you can relax and admire its citrus, almond, palm and fig trees. It also has a super large teak table for outdoor dinning with sea view with 18 seats, and a typical Ibiza AI fresco dining area with 14 seats and a table tennis equipment.
The swimming pool is 6 X14 m in an exclusive designed wooden deck.

The equipment and services include fiber internet, air conditioning in all bedrooms, floor heating, music, parking, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, bed linen once a week, bathroom linen supplied twice a week, swimming pool towels and parasols, gardener and pool maintenance and villa cleaning 4 hours 3 times a week (extra cleaning with extra charge if needed).
